1. WHEN IS THE EVENT TAKING PLACE?
The Summer Gala will take place on the 1st of August.
2. WHERE IS THE EVENT LOCATED?
The event will be held at the Pine Cliffs Resort, located in Albufeira, Portugal.
3. HOW CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS FOR THE CONCERT?
Tickets for the concert can be purchased online via our official website or through the authorised ticket sales platform, Ticketline. Tickets for the dinner and concert can be purchased at the Pine Cliffs Hotel or requested by email or phone.

4. WHAT TYPES OF TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE?
Different ticket types are available, including Early Bird, General Concert, Reduced Mobility, Front Stage, Silver, Gold, and Diamond. Each ticket offers different levels of access.
5. IS THERE A DRESS CODE FOR THE EVENT?
While there is no strict Dress Code, we recommend an informal yet elegant dress code for the occasion. Feel free to dress comfortably but with style for a pleasant evening.
6. ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED AT THE CONCERT?
Children over the age of 6 are allowed access to the concert. Access to the Dinner is permitted for those aged 12 and over.
7. ARE THERE ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS AVAILABLE AT PINE CLIFFS RESORT FOR ATTENDEES?
Yes, Pine Cliffs Resort offers a variety of accommodation options, including rooms, suites, and villas. We recommend you book your accommodation in advance to ensure your stay during the event.
8. IS PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE RESORT?
Parking within the resort is only permitted for guests staying at the resort and for invited guests.
9. WILL THERE BE FOOD AND DRINK OPTIONS AVAILABLE DURING THE CONCERT?
Yes, there will be food and drink options available for purchase at the concert venue.
10. IS THERE A RAIN PLAN FOR THE EVENT IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER?
The concert will take place, rain or shine. However, in the event of adverse weather conditions, appropriate measures will be taken to ensure the safety and comfort of attendees. Updates will be provided as necessary.

Concert Entrance: Access through the main entrance of the Resort will not be allowed. The entrance to the concert will be via the side gate of the Resort located on Estrada das Açoteias, near the roundabout. You will find signage near the location to guide you to the event entrance.
3. Venue Map
After entering through the main entrance, follow the signs indicating the area for your respective ticket.
4. Tickets
No tickets will be sold at the venue.
5. Standing Places
General Public and Front Stage tickets are for standing.
6. Seated Places
Silver and Reduced Mobility tickets are the only ones offering seated places (unreserved).
7. Special Access – Reduced Mobility
The Pine Cliffs Resort Summer Gala venue has a special platform with limited spaces for individuals with reduced mobility and their companion (limited to 1 companion per person, who must also hold a ticket). No parking spaces for reduced mobility will be available within the resort.
8. Children
Children over the age of 6 are allowed access to the concert.
9. Parking
Parking or circulation within the Resort is not permitted. We recommend parking outside the Resort and nearby areas.
10. Security
Security will be strict. Please bring a valid ID along with your ticket.
11. Security Check
There will be a security check at the entrance. This procedure is for the safety of everyone.
12. Catering
A catering area will be open at the venue from 9:00 PM.
13. Payment Method
Cashless. Only electronic payments (credit/debit card and MBWay) will be accepted.
14. Photography and Video
Professional photographers and videographers will be capturing special moments during the event.
