Despite the choice of investors in the center of the country, in regard to the Algarve, Pine Cliffs Resort has been one of the choices of the Golden Visa, representing 37% of the total real estate sales volume at the resort.  Markets as China, the Middle East, Turkey, Brazil and South Africa have been the main investors.
