Director General of the UIP, Eng. Carlos Leal, announces the two new tourist hotel projects of the group: a hotel and luxury apartments in Lisbon, and a second hotel in the city of Porto.
A total investment of 100 million euros: 70 million euros for the Lisbon project, which give them a privileged space, facing the Tagus, next to the old FIL, and which is expected to open in 2020. The remaining slice of 30 million will go to the hotel in Porto.
