Besides the benefits of the country, which favors investments in Luxury Real Estate market, the company’s managing Director reveals other factors, such as market volatility, the constant challenge of innovation, and the lack of qualified human resources. Fortunately, in recent years, with the recovery of the real estate market, the tourism boom in Portugal and our experience of more than two decades, we have managed to achieve amazing results.”

With two new other projects, the company is expanding to Lisbon and Porto.
