1. When is the event taking place?
The Tom Jones Concert at Pine Cliffs Resort Summer Gala is scheduled for August 2nd.

2. Where is the event located?
The event will take place at Pine Cliffs Resort, situated in Albufeira, Portugal.
3. How can I purchase tickets for the concert?
Tickets for the concert can be purchased online through our official website or through authorized ticketing platform as Ticketline. Dinner & concert tickets can be purchased at the Pine Cliffs Hotel or requested by email or telephone. Stay tuned for ticket release announcements.
4. What types of tickets are available?
We offer various ticket tiers, General Admission, Gold, Diamond and possibly others. Each tier may offer different amenities and access levels. Details will be provided upon ticket release.
5. Is there a dress code for the event?
While there isn't a strict dress code, we recommend smart-casual attire for the occasion. Feel free to dress comfortably yet stylishly for an enjoyable evening.
6. Are children allowed to attend the concert?
Children over the age of 6 are allowed at the concert. Access to the Dinner & Concert is permitted for ages over 12.
7. Are there accommodation options available at Pine Cliffs Resort for attendees?
Yes, Pine Cliffs Resort offers a range of luxurious accommodation options, including rooms, suites, and villas. We recommend booking accommodation in advance to secure your stay during the event.
8. Is parking available at the resort?
Parking inside the resort is only authorised for guests accommodated at the resort and guests.
9. Will there be food and beverage options available during the concert?
Yes, there will be food and beverage options available for purchase at the concert venue. Pine Cliffs Resort offers a variety of dining options to suit different preferences.
10. Is there a rain plan for the event in case of inclement weather?
The concert will proceed rain or shine. However, in the event of severe weather conditions, appropriate measures will be taken to ensure the safety and comfort of attendees. Updates will be provided as necessary. If you have any further questions or require additional information, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Important Information and Recommendations

2. Venue Information
Address: Pine Cliffs Resort, Praia da Falésia, Albufeira, Algarve
Concert Entrance: Access will not be allowed through the main entrance of the Resort. Entry to the concert will take place at the side gate of the Resort located on Estrada das Açoteias near the roundabout. You will find signs near the location guiding you to the event entrance.
3. Venue Map
After entering, follow the signs indicating your
ticket area.
Blue Area: Front Stage Ticket
Green Area: General Admission Ticket
Orange Area: Silver Ticket
4. Sales
No tickets will be sold at the venue.
5. Standing
General Admission and Front Stage tickets are for standing areas.
6. Seating
Silver Tickets are the only ones that provide seating.
7. Children
Children over 6 years old are allowed entry to the concert.
8. Parking
Parking or driving within the Resort is not allowed. We recommend parking outside and in the surrounding areas.
9. Security
For everyone's safety, there will be strict security measures and checks at the entrance. Please bring valid identification along with your ticket.
10. Special Access – Reduced Mobility
The Summer Gala venue at Pine Cliffs Resort has a special platform with limited spaces for those with reduced mobility and their respective companion (limited to one companion per person, who must also have a ticket). Access to the reduced mobility platform is subject to availability. You must get a response from the event producer to secure a spot on the platform. We recommend checking the platform availability as soon as you enter the venue. No parking spaces for reduced mobility will be available within the resort.
11. Catering
There will be a catering area on site, opening at 9:00pm.
12. Payment Method
Cashless. Only electronic payments (credit/debit card and MBWay) are accepted.
13. Photography and Video
Professional photographers and videographers will be capturing special moments during the event.
