MEETING & EVENTS

DEEPER, MORE FREQUENT CLEANING

  • Hand sanitizer stations provided in the meeting spaces and pre-function areas.
  • Clear signage highlighting the basic hygiene protocols and the recommended safe distance.
  • Frequent disinfection of touched items such as elevator buttons, stair handrails and doorknobs.
  • Sanitizing restrooms as often as every hour.
  • AV equipment will be sterilized between uses.
  • Full cleaning of the meeting rooms over night with electrostatic sprayers and disinfection of all surfaces.
  • All supplies and amenities that guests have touched during the meeting should be either disinfected or disposed.

MEALS & BREAKS

  • Meals and breaks will be served in spaces reserved for the specific event (no mingling with attendees of other events).
  • We offer a wide variety of hygienic F&B options tailored to group size, including: Grab & Go, canned and bottled beverages, plated service.
  • We redesigned F&B station set-ups to maintain appropriate distancing and allow one-way traffic.
  • Coffee breaks will be served by associates or pre-packaged coffee breaks will be provided.
  • Modified buffets with servers, shields, hand sanitization and queue management.
  • We will reduce or remove non-essential items, including linens, pre-set plates, glassware and chargers, décor and other non-essential surfaces.

ASSOCIATES & SUPPLIERS

  • All our associates and external suppliers' staff are subject to Temperature Checks and entry is denied to those with a temperature of 37.8°C or above.
  • External suppliers and our associates use face masks as part of the uniform, wash and disinfect their hands with frequency. Work areas and tools are disinfected on a regular basis.
  • All associates receive continuous training in cleaning and hygiene protocols.
  • During departmental meetings, the teams are reminded on a regular basis of the importance to comply with our safety and hygiene measures.
  • Our teams are trained and prepared to activate Covid-19 Case Protocols immediately in case of emergency.
